Your first visit

We're so excited to welcome you to In2skin and Brows for the first time! We're committed to helping you look your best and inspire confidence by building a beautiful connection.

To help prepare you for your appointment, we wanted to share some helpful information so you can feel at ease.


We understand that from time to time you may need to make a change to your appointment. If you do need to make a change, please check through our salon policies so that you have an understanding of the correct steps to take when rescheduling or cancelling your appointment. It's important to reach out to us as soon as possible.

We kindly request 48 hours’ notice so we can offer that time slot to another client. Less than 24 hours’ notice or if you fail to turn up for your appointment, your booking terms are forfeited, resulting in a payment of 25% for the total value of service booked if cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours or 50% of the service book if you don't show.


Do I need to prepare for my appointment?

The most important thing for you to do before your visit is to relax! We are here to guide you each step of the way. If there is a service you may need preparation, our Therapists will ensure you have all the information you need to have the best results possible.

We are located in the heart of the Hawkesbury Shop 4/34 - 36 Macquarie Street Windsor (next to Subway)
