Booking Policy

When you make a booking at In2skin & Brows, we reserve a therapist just for you. No-shows and last minute cancellations enormously disadvantage our business. They also mean that other clients cannot book those time slots with us. We employ the very best therapists and we invest a great deal in further educating them. Therefore we hope that you will appreciate to secure an appointment we ask to enter your card details in our secure system for ALL services ( no payment will be taken at the time of booking ) When booking for a treatment with a gift voucher, the booking deposit will be taken from the voucher. 

 

We understand that sometimes you may need to change your booking. We kindly request 48 hours’ notice so we can offer that time slot to another client.
Less then 24 hours’ notice or if you fail to turn up for your appointment, your booking terms are forfeited, resulting in a payment of 25% for the total value of service booked if cancelled or rescheduled withing 24 hours or 100% of the service book if you don't show. We understand if there is a last minute emergencies, we use our discretion when charging last minute changes and cancellations to repeat offenders, however 'no shows' will not have this kind of discretion.  Our goal is to accommodate as many clients as possible during each business day and ensure that everyone has a sufficient opportunity to be seen by our therapists. Helping us by providing this courtesy, will allow us to better serve you during your sessions..

 

Running Late Policy

Unlike other salons and service providing establishments, we never like to keep our clients waiting. Our regular clients have come to appreciate this benchmark level of service, and in return they respect the consequences if they are late for an appointment as well.  This means that these standards of time management must be adhered to:

All treatments will conclude at the scheduled appointment time.

If a client runs late for her appointment one of two things will happen

  1. If the client is not too late, the treatment will be cut down in order to conclude at the scheduled time. No discount is given.

  2. If the client is so late that the appointment cannot be fulfilled by the scheduled conclusion time, the appointment is then cancelled and re booked for a future date. The client’s $30 booking deposit will be used as a cancellation fee and they will be required to pay another booking deposit when rescheduling.

Gift Voucher Policy

Gift Vouchers are not refundable and not redeemable for cash. Please advise the salon of your Gift Voucher number upon booking. This can then be accepted in place of a deposit holding fee if there is enough credit. However, please remember, our Booking Policy applies to all services and 25% of the value of the Gift Voucher will be redeemed to cover the cancellation policy if less than 24 hours notice is provided. Gift Vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase. Promotional Gift Vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. Prices for services are subject to change.
